I enjoy the stand strong 1 because it is the easiest but at the same time I understand you’re going to get the results from the program of whatever you put into it. I walk a lot so that covers straight cardio. I’m currently on week 12 and have 1 more week as part of the program, I’m definatley going to continue doing DDP yoga after the program is over. I started doing Callanetics, which I really enjoy, and sometimes I like doing an upper body routine as well, or other types of yoga.

I was just looking at the rotation calendar, and even the advanced calendar seems to leave plenty of room for additional workouts.įor those of you using DDP Yoga, what does your rotation look like? I like to work out 5 or 6 days a week, and I'm thinking of adding kickboxing and some weight work to the DDP schedule. It’s full of video workouts that you follow along with. Overall DDP Yoga works and is a great workout. Felt really good afterward, but that was 6 hours ago. I did the Diamond Dozen today and it kicked. My hopes are to become more flexible and increase my stamina. I've had the DDP Yoga set for a while, and I've never done a rotation with the workouts.
